2nd 4VN spring halibut opening delayed

Hi everyone:
The the second opening of the spring 4vn halibut fishery will be postponed from 0001am Tuesday morning TENTATIVELY to a 0001am Wednesday morning start to allow time for a variation order to come through from DFO. 
It is nobodies fault it is just due to the Monday holiday.
