3rd fall opening of the 4Vn1100 Halibut Fishery

The 3rd opening of the 4Vn1100 Fall Halibut will occur Monday Oct 21/19 at 0001am and close Wednesday Oct 30/19 at 1159pm 
**The quota for this opening will be 850 pounds round or 675 pounds heads off gutted.
**No extensions or delays will happen for this opening. The dates have been set and will       not be changed.
**Please keep by-catch to the minimum.
**If your conditions are not in your NOLS online please reach out to me and let me know. The best way to do so is email or text.
**You cannot call in to purchase fish after you left the wharf you must do so before fishing. 
**Before leaving the wharf and upon return you: must hail to Amy after you’ve hailed out to DFO and send her a copy of your logbook. This is done by using the fish line. There will be enforced sanctions if you do not.
