The  third opening in 4vn1100  is as follows:
Open Tuesday Oct 13 at 0001am leave open for 10-14 days depending on the quota that is being caught.

You must call the fishline after you hail to DFO to notify Amy at the office you are fishing and you must send a picture of your monitored landing slip to her after you are offloaded.
Failure to do so will cause you to be penalized and those who have not in the past will notice on their upcoming bills the same.
