​Hi Everyone: 

On Monday January 9th at 12 noon at the North Shore Fire Hall in Indian Brook on the Cabot Trail 10 minutes after you get off the Englishtown Ferry the 4VN Annual Meeting will occur.
Contract signing will begin for the 2017 fishing season at this same meeting for those whose bills are paid in full only.
Please note further contract signing will also happen one day in Neil’s Harbour NS, and one day in Sydney NS during the last week of January 2017.
 There will be an ad in the Cape Breton post and an email regarding the same but please spread the word as well.
 (Tea, coffee and water will be available)
Agenda for meeting is as follows:
12 noon 
welcome meeting begins
1.   Review of the 2016 halibut seasons and catch amounts for spring, fall and 4T fishery
2.   Financial report and update
3.   Reports from advisory board meetings
4.   Motion to change the date for all contracts to be signed with no exception no later than March 15, 2017. (This will allow time for corrections to be made if necessary and as a management board we won’t be getting bogged down due to every other fishery opening up the 1st of April as well)
5. Other 
6.   Election of officers
7.   Next meeting and Adjournment
