Quota and important updates for the 2nd opening of 4Vn Fall Halibut fishery

The 2nd opening of the 4Vn1100 Fall Halibut will occur Sunday Sept 29/19 at 0001am and close Wednesday Oct 9/19 at 1159pm.

The quota for this opening will be 850 pounds round or 675 pounds heads off gutted.

• No extensions or delays will happen for this opening. The dates have been set and will not be changed.

• Please keep by-catch to the minimum.

• If your conditions are not in your NOLS online please reach out to me and let me know. The best way to do so is email or text. Safe fishing everyone.

Before leaving the wharf and upon return you: must hail to Amy after you’ve hailed out to DFO and send her a copy of your logbook.
