Update on halibut opening in 4T for fishers Apr 20/18

A message was received this morning April 20th that it is a no go to open 4T due to safety concerns in the Gulf as of today.

Gulf DFO reps will be contacting the management board through Herb Monday evening with another update and I will put that update out ASAP.

The hope is, with no definite day that they will allow the fishery to open up later next week.

But remember until the call comes Monday evening that is not definite just a hope.
